Birthday party for Y & J today, we're going laser skirmishing & bowling! Pew pew!! Though I made the booking and they never called back to confirm, Joanna suggested that we just rock up. LIKE A BOSS.

It's actually the first time I've ever played a real-life shooter game. So I'm thinking that this will be a real life version of Left 4 Dead, without the zombies, adrenalin shots and unbelievably durable health? Regardless, it is still a shooter combat type game and one must prepare themselves for this!

I did some online research and found that there were two types of guns. However, it does not matter which weapon I choose, as they'll become double the awesome when they fall in the hands of the incredible me.

Second thing I realised was that you should wear dark clothing, because indoor laser skirmish is usually played in an environment with low lighting. So I've prepared my outfit... navy jumper and jeans with black converse shoes. I'm hoping they don't have the blue type of lighting that makes white colour glow (UV light, is it?)... because there's a cat face on my navy jumper and it'd be very awkward for a cat face to be floating about in the dark.

OOohh I'm excited! Play aside, now for some other stuff...

The university updated their site today and I could finally check out my subjects! I have a good feeling about semester 2. It's going to kickass, because I'm going to dedicate myself to kick some asses! At the end of the year, I am going to be shufflin' every damn remnant day of 2011, knowing that I've tried my absolute best!

To conclude, I bought a bean bag! I'll take a photo of this laterrrr....
