Complaint 1: FOOD AND DIETING.
Scenario 1: You're eating less & gymming more in the holidays.
Once you get hungry, you can easily distract yourself. Watch some YouTube videos, paint your nails, read a book... or whatever. The day soon goes by and before you know it, you're fit as a fiddle!
Scenario 2: You're eating less & gymming more during SWOTVAC
Once you get hungry, you can't distract yourself with something else you find 'pleasurable'. You have to study, but you know what studying makes me do? SNACK. It makes me snack like a bitch. I'd be walking down to the kitchen every 10 minutes to grab a packet of biscuits, chocolate or anything unhealthy just to keep me motivated to study.
Complaint 2: Chairs
Instead of going for a run today, I planted my ass on the chair at 6 a.m. and began my purposeful day of finalizing assignments, studying for tests and exams. You know what annoyed me though? The squashed feeling your butt gets from sitting on a chair for too long.
It's screaming out to me "Y U NO RUN TODAY? The fat in your ass is currently being squashed into a flat pancake, that's going to look great in jeans."
Yikes.
Complaint 3: People with fast metabolism
I don't even understand why people with a fast metabolism would want to 'stick to an 'eating regime' or worry about having that extra packet of chips. It's like a smart phone turning to a brick phone, saying "Oh, I better watch out for my memory capacity." If you can burn up the food that you eat so efficiently, why not take advantage of it and EAT UP?
That's all, I don't feel so great today @_@
