The weather was so lovely today, the sun was warm to the skin. Quite a decent change after the previous months of cool, though I do prefer the cool weather. Okay, now I'm beginning to contradict myself. Anyway, after browsing at IKEA, the temperature reached 30c. The day out has been concluded with the enjoyment of a fresh out-of-the-oven custard tart.
The Bureau of Meteorology has predicted a warm 31c tomorrow. All the best to participants at City to Bay. My left ankle has been strained, so unfortunately, I cannot participate in the event.
